land and housing matters, deficit of materials and new equipment,
finding big distance between modern technology and state building
industry we sense necessity of produce, import, providing technical
services and marketing systems as well as materials sales.
Borna industrial group management
started its activities in this regard and produced some new products
applied in materials and building equipment with the help of colleagues.
We also found no similarity for our products in the world. One of
the said products was plastic traps for cooler
channels with separation capability and being modular. Also our
interior and exterior coatings of the building seemed to be very important
at he viewpoints of the experts.
For marketing and sales we had new thoughts. Based on our total information
of sales we did our marketing in Door to Door
systems and tried to introduced our new products to all specialty
goal markets through Peyk Sakhteman
(building guideline). This activity was welcomed with all successful
construction companies. About 72 companies joined to this plan and
for the first time we could reform Door to Door system in building
industry under the name of Peyk Sakhteman. We developed sales amount
of the producers with high efficiency. Presently, Research and development
section of the company is studying some new items about interior
and exterior coatings of the building and
marketing section is looking for high quality materials and equipment
for domestic market, enabling worldwide producers to sell their goods
with lowest expenses and best method through marketing section of
Tehran Poyan Borna Company.
To develop this sales market and change it into a big supermarket
presenting high quality building materials is one of the aims of Borna
