Considering every day progress and improvement in building industry as well as accentuation of world population specially Iranians to land and housing matters, deficit of materials and new equipment, finding big distance between modern technology and state building industry we sense necessity of produce, import, providing technical services and marketing systems as well as materials sales.

ManagementBorna industrial group management started its activities in this regard and produced some new products applied in materials and building equipment with the help of colleagues. We also found no similarity for our products in the world. One of the said products was plastic traps for cooler channels with separation capability and being modular. Also our interior and exterior coatings of the building seemed to be very important at he viewpoints of the experts.
For marketing and sales we had new thoughts. Based on our total information of sales we did our marketing in Door to Door systems and tried to introduced our new products to all specialty goal markets through Peyk Sakhteman (=building guideline). This activity was welcomed with all successful construction companies. About 72 companies joined to this plan and for the first time we could reform Door to Door system in building industry under the name of Peyk Sakhteman. We developed sales amount of the producers with high efficiency. Presently, Research and development section of the company is studying some new items about interior and exterior coatings of the building and marketing section is looking for high quality materials and equipment for domestic market, enabling worldwide producers to sell their goods with lowest expenses and best method through marketing section of Tehran Poyan Borna Company.

To develop this sales market and change it into a big supermarket presenting high quality building materials is one of the aims of Borna industrial group management. We sincerely shake hand those colleagues willing to cooperate with this set.

Personnel

Borna industrial group used a new employment method and therefore chose its personnel that is one of the main basis of the company. To access to building industry market was our goal and this goal forced us to be very strict and pay more attention in employment. The chosen employees were able to create principal changes in strategy of the company and could create suitable sale conditions for contracting companies. Distinguished directors of Borna industrial group thought the said personnel and their backgrounds in this field help then in marketing techniques. Presently, the active personnel of the company is 110 persons whom engaged in different sections.

Goals

One of the main reasons that caused formation of Borna industrial group was to flourish constructing market. Employer, executives of building industry was suffering from absence of a healthy relation with producers. Recognition of a standard product was very difficult. Our company, after repeatedly and consistently studying decided to introduce producers to the users. The idea of printing Peyk Sakhteman (=building guideline) filing rack was for approaching to the aim of the company. Producers could make direct relation with users through advertising and providing catalogues in Peyk Sakhteman (=Building Guideline) filing rack.

History

Borna Industrial Group started its activities as of 1997. We theoretically planned all sub-structure matters via a group strategy. At the beginning activities of Borna industrial group was in the field of selling cooler traps and limited advertising. This strategy continued up to beginning of 1998. Then we started to activate on Soft Coat coatings and improved our advertising. In 1999 we started the base and plan of Peyk Sakhteman and a section was formed in at the location of Borna Industrial Group under the name of Peyk Sakhteman.

In 2000, following to performed research about building materials and deficit of variety of facing that drew the attention of the authorities of this company we produced different types of facing under label Roopad. First Peyk Sakhteman distributed in this year. In 2001, Peyk Sakhteman developed and had a significant efficiency that draw all experts of building materials sellers to it and considered as the best and successful marketing method in Tehran. The progress of the company in 2002 was 312% and had variety of soft coat colors and in practically a contracting company was formed.

In 2003, activities of the company was improved a lot so that some company as 1)Borna Control System 2)Arya Pad Borna 3) Alkab 4)Borna Computer System, gave sales permission of their products to sales section of the said company. Then trading section of the company was formed and advertising section of acted independently and separated from company
