1st)
To execution of all building affairs in skeleton construction and
finishing such as execution of technical and mechanical installations
(without installation of radiators) paving (including mosaic, ceramic,
stone, floor polish, moquette and so on) plastering (including gypsy
and soil, claps, frames, plastering, gypsy decorative materials, total
leveling of the surfaces and constructing corners and so on) installing
cornices, glasses and wooden operations (carpentry and so on) installing
keys and plug linings (without frame) painting operations (including
color of doors and windows frames as well as commodes and gypsy decorative
materials, fences, parts, metal surfaces and all areas considered
for coloring.
2nd) Considering thickness
of Pulping(Romalin) (2mm~3mm) to fill the cracks and holes as well
as abrasions that Pulping(Romalin) could not fill them or filling
such cracks require over used of pastes is mandatory. Also we must
pay attention to the fact the Pulping(Romalin) is only a coating material
and therefore could not level or remove the up and downs of the surfaces.
3rd) To release completely
executive groups from execution places and in generally to consider
required strategy for local executive groups. Note: it is recommended
that only radiators, keys, plugs, luster to be installed after Romalin.
Since Pulping(Romalin) paste could be damages in drying the employee
should observe the following items:
1st) To prevent any
pounds and abrasion and friction of the body or any objects with the
surfaced trimmed with Romalin.
2nd) To prevent any
affairs that may cause dust. Also drilling must be prohibited.
3rd) For drying and
adhesion of Pulping(Romalin) during execution and after weather circulation
should be possible at the concerned area so that moisture caused by
Pulping(Romalin) paste shall be removed faster. In cold sessions heating
instruments should be possible in concerned area so that decrease
adhesion time and remove any locally damages that may cause due to
high moister on Romalin.
Repair
of Romalin
It is recommended that local repair of Pulping(Romalin) shall be
done before total drying specially before drying its paste. If such
repair done after drying the repaired area shall be a little vary
with main parts. The employer must fulfilled electricity or any other
affairs causing digging before coating Romalin.
Maintenance
and Washing Manner
In order to save and upgrade the life of Pulping(Romalin) coating
in polluted areas it is recommended to remove dust of the Pulping(Romalin)
surfaces once a year in other areas and twice per year in polluted
areas by vacuum cleaner. It is also possible to remove many dusts
form the surfaces by as soft brush. If washing is necessitate in the
surfaces first clean that area by soft brush or wind pressure or by
both. Then wash the concerned area with carpet shampoo (preferably
with shampoo Man) and clean and soft sponge. As far as possible the
foam of carpet shampoo must be used without water (as washing carpet
and furniture) for washing purpose.
Needless to be mentioned that Pulping(Romalin) type Sayeh and Berelian
and decorative are not washable. Due to its special fibers it better
to rub a wet handkerchief after execution for purifying subject areas.
Meanwhile, due to technical problems execution of Romaline in wet
area is not possible.
